We are writing to inform you that Immigration New Zealand (INZ) has notified us that they mistakenly requested new medical certificates, health screenings, and chest X-rays from some applicants for their 2021 Resident Visa (RV21) applications. This happened for a short time in 2022.
The checks were not necessary as INZ had valid medical documents from previous applications. INZ apologises for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Applicants who were affected can be reimbursed the cost of the certificates, screenings, and X-rays by submitting a request using the Reimbursement Request form for medical certificates on INZ’s website.
